• Only Cats are allowed at the East Duncan Studio Apartments

• Size, weight and number of pets allowed varies by the type of pet and type of property 
• A two-pet limit is customary. Exceptions requested are considered by type of pet, type of property and occupancy arrangement.   
• Cats are limited to two (2) per apartment. 
• Pets must have current vaccination records
• Cats must be spayed/neutered
• Species of pet approval varies by the type of pet and type of property
• Emotional Support Animals follow all pet guidelines and are limited to one animal.
• Uncommon pet requests will be considered & rated on an individual basis
• Pet sitters/caretakers must be registered with our office for daily or overnight visits

    *Pet Rent/Fees are subject to increase from information gathered during the application process.
